Background
Growth Australia, known for their expertise in commercial fitouts, had made significant strides over five years without a brand image that mirrored their achievements. Their unique advantage, an in-house design team known for rapid project execution, was not effectively communicated. In a market brimming with competitors, distinguishing Growth Australia was a significant challenge.
Challenge
The primary objective was to establish Growth Australia as Queensland's premier workspace design firm, carefully balancing their design prowess without overshadowing the construction team or being perceived as just another building company. Achieving this equilibrium was crucial.
Solution
Extensive research, including interviews with the team, founders, and clients, highlighted their standout communication and client care as key differentiators. Described as "refreshing" and "effortless" by clients, these attributes inspired the "Refreshing Work" tagline. To better reflect their specialised focus, we advised renaming the company to 'Growth Workplace Design'. The reimagined wordmark logo incorporates the 'G' from the refresh symbol, transitioning to title case to mature and open up the brand. The introduction of seafoam green to the colour palette added a fresh, vibrant touch.

Post-rebrand, Growth Workplace Design has garnered acclaim from employees, clients, and competitors alike, marking a clear distinction in the market. The refresh has not only elevated their brand but also facilitated expansion, including the opening of a new office in Sydney, Australia's most competitive commercial market. The transformation into Growth Workplace Design, coupled with the "Refreshing Work" tagline, perfectly captures their dedication to delivering quality, swift, and seamless commercial fitout services.
